No, they are hackable with a "HEN" (TN and PRO) but to fully hack your psp "CFW" and make it permanent you need a a 88v2 and below 2000 and a 1000 because 3000s, GOs, and 2000s 88v3 have a motherboard that's unhackable "Fully".

this is just making the TN HEN permanent for 1000s and older 2000s so it'll be like a CFW, i don't think PRO can be permanent cause Liquidzigong, creator of PRO, would have used PRO first and made that permanent instead of using TN's HEN.

there aren't really any benefits, but some plugins are written in the 6.XX kernel so (i think) they only work on 6.XX FWs?

Not on TN HEN.

if you are on TN HEN you will need prometheus iso loader (which is a iso loader for the TN HEN but it doesn't run isos from the XMB) or OpenIdea iso loader (which is a plugin for the TN HEN that will allow you to run isos from the XMB but its kinda buggy).

if you want more compatible isos or run isos from the XMB (without any plugins) update to PRO B2 :)

thanks for the response...my psp is psp2000-88v2 running prome-4,is it better than to upgrade in pro-b2?
