if you still have the data.dxar which you created before going to 3.40 oe-a, put it in the oeflasher folder and put the folder in PSP/GAME.
then rename oeflasher to recovery
so your mem stick should have this
ms0: PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP
ms0: PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/DATA.DXAR

then switch on the psp and go into recovery menu and choose the option which says run eboot at pspgame blablabla

and you will reflash OE :D
