Considering they're transparent, I'm not too sure others can't look into your eyes. You'd probably need to close your eyes for that.

This does have some interesting potential social changes though. For example, the classic movie line "look into my eyes..." can have a whole new meaning.
But you can also tease people in class with their eyes closed of watching ____ hershey kisses or whatever works.
