Here's one most people haven't heard of yet: The new Meizu M9 phone from China. The people there love it to death, and not without reason. It's the first phone other than the iPhone 4 to have the same pixel density, making the screen extremely sharp. Along with the nice screen it also has the same processor as the Samsung Galaxy S, which running at 1Ghz is still (one of) the fastest Android phone processors available today. Combine those two with your standard features such as HDMI, 3G, Wifi, and cameras, and you should end up with a pretty competitive phone. Now get this: It costs around US$375 (unlocked, no contract).
