I don't have the bookmarks, I did start searching for the offsets but then patpat released v4.4 of his ctftool which converted the main prx's in this theme. You could ask patpat and see if he has the bookmarks if that's what you're asking for.

The cxmb was patched by patpat as well. I forgot to mention that in the credits. Facepalm
