OK, I have finally tweaked my latest theme to the point were I am satisfied with it.
There may be a few small imperfections to be found, but I have reached the point that I no longer wish to work on this project..  (I'm itching to start something new)

* 5.50 users can just use CTF GUI to convert it.  (If anyone is kind enough, upload it here)
* I suggest 5.03 users use the CXMB MOD that allows you to use 5.00 ctf files
* post or host this theme anywhere you want. Just post the credits with it !
* you can turn the classic wave in in xmb theme settings if you like (I prefer it without a wave)


I hope everyone enjoys this.  I had a lot of fun making it.  I really had no clear game plan when I began creating this theme.  I just went with my creative flow, and took in some suggestions from EP members along the way.

I tried uploading this at my house using 56k, and after almost 2 hours, I gave up...
I actually took my laptop, drove 7 miles to McDonalds (they have free wifi), and posted this from their parking lot !!
