absolutely not.

it was 14 degrees while i walked to work today. i had gloves, coat, scarf, hat, and my sennheisers as earmuffs.

i got into work, my face was red and painful from the cold, my hands were numb and really dark red, and when i washed them, they felt like they were on fire.

if its like 100 degrees, i might sweat a little, but i won't be in physical pain, ill just be tired and sweaty.

if its 0 degrees, no matter what i do, the cold permeates every part of my body and i get chills that take forever to get rid of.
