Well... depends on your purpose. What are you going to use your machine for?

starwars force unleashed and some of those new FPS & RTS games i havent tried yet

Actually, Intel wholesale them at the same price, but some stores might discount the 750 to get rid of old stock.
Otherwise, there's not too much difference between the two, especially if you're overclocking.
that depends on the local prices. lolz . ill take note of that :p

Considering the rest of your build, I might recommend a small Sandforce controller based SSD (32-64GB) instead of the 320GB system drive. It is a fair bit more expensive though.
I probably wouldn't get a 320GB, especially since 500GBs are like around $3 more over here.
SSD's .. theyr a bit expensive from where i come from . plus the reason i made the system drive big is because ill be installing some games that require large disk space .
or am i just being stupid ? :p

1033 instead of 1600 . got it. do you think 4gb is fine or do i go for 6-8?

Cheaper RAM as suggested (-$21).
And cut CPU to a Phenom II X4 955 (-$55)
Taking out a 320GB HDD (~$40), use the savings for a decent 60GB SSD, and you save $31 overall with these changes.
havent had any experience with amd + ati systems lolz .. past computers i had are intel+nvidia :D
does it really matter though ?
but that 5770 does look/sound nice
i don't have a MoBo yet! xD
PSU - 550w-600watts ok ?
