i5 760 _should_ be very similar in price.
Actually, Intel wholesale them at the same price, but some stores might discount the 750 to get rid of old stock.
Otherwise, there's not too much difference between the two, especially if you're overclocking.

Considering the rest of your build, I might recommend a small Sandforce controller based SSD (32-64GB) instead of the 320GB system drive. It is a fair bit more expensive though.
I probably wouldn't get a 320GB, especially since 500GBs are like around $3 more over here.

Get cheaper RAM. RAM speeds mean almost nothing these days of high cache CPUs.

Personally would cut the GPU down to a
Radeon 5770 (-$40) or wait for the Radeon 6850 to become cheaper.
Cheaper RAM as suggested (-$21).
And cut CPU to a
Phenom II X4 955 (-$55)
Taking out a 320GB HDD (~$40), use the savings for a decent
60GB SSD, and you save $31 overall with these changes.
