It looks like the program was hard coded to run from ms0:/PSP/GAME directory.
I'm guessing you are using Game Categories Plugin, and have the program in a sub folder inside the GAME folder.

You either need to put the program in ms0:/PSP/GAME directory, or
edit the lua script to load from whatever subfolder you have it in within the GAME folder ;)
