Icon bit proglems

I want to make icon but I can't succed.I extract the icon with rco editor last version after I change this icon with Paint Shop Pro X.However when i change this 32 bit icon [Image: 32bitgq1.png]

, this 32bit icon transforms 24bit icon [Image: 24bitox4.png]

.How I do solve this proglem?Thanks a lot...
