I have the same CXMB. However tried with yours and rebooting again when only CXMB plugin enabled.

OMG Don't enable CXMB !!!! i have already flashed it...... I just told u to replace DC8 and my cxmb with your 1 and then go into the cxmb folder and go into the cofig and change it to the 5.00 theme you want..... then when u use test m33 the theme is already enabled......
