2. Extract the following files and put into MS root (700MB free space required,not path structure required)

3. Extract dnas_decryptor.rar into /PSP/Game, the run it from Game, you will get files X:\BBS1_DEC.DAT,BBS2_DEC.DAT,BBS3_DEC.DAT(it takes quite a long time, > 5 mins)， delete the original files and rename the decrypted ones to BBS1.DAT ，BBS2.DAT，BBS3.DAT for future use. You can delete those DAT files after packed into ISO.

4. Use PRXdecrypter to decrypt eboot.bin from PSP_GAME\SYSDIR\EBOOT.BIN, then hex edit the decrypted eboot.bin:

5. Use UMDGEN to open the ISO, proceed File»File List»Export，save as BBS.txt。 Delete the following files

PSP_GAME\USRDIR\BBS3.DAT
\PSP_GAME\SYSDIR\EBOOT.BIN

then replace with decrypted ones. 

Proceed File»File List»Import，BBS.txt，select 'YES' while prompting "Do you want to force file positions to match FileList positions?". 

Save the modified ISO then copy to your MS.
