I thought I'd seen this mentioned on EP already... huh. Yeah, sucks for them.

edit: Actually, nevermind. I think it was an article about some guy trying to sue Amazon over the OtherOS being removed, as it no longer kept with its original description when he'd bought it. Basically, the Other OS was the biggest selling point for the guy, and in response, Amazon just refunded like a hundred bucks.
