It's mainly about reserve price. For example, if I offered you $1,000,000/hour for it, I'm pretty sure you'd accept. If I then changed my mind to $100,000 you'd probably still want to do it. So really, the question is how far down would I have to go before you start saying no?
Of course people want more money, but I'm trying to get your minimum :P
