He released it on his blog.  I can attach it here, it is a great theme! A theme compiled of 7 CTF's in one that changes on reboots. Each theme within has pspboots, new sets of topicons & backgrounds within each theme(& more). The CTF its self is 16 MB, huge in comparison to typical themes. A brilliant theme with an icon change unlike no other. A cutting-edge design altogether!
