Only the 1000 and 2000 mesg_led and all others are decrypted. 3000 and Go modules aren't.

Well, I think that the Go! mesg_led would only be in the Go! updater which no one has made un-packer for yet, let alone a decryptor. Still good to see that it will decrypt the 1000 and 2000 PRX's.
