Article reminds me of what I used to do.

The 14-day limit was reached at one point - and I can't remember exactly how - there must have been a trick to it (I think I opened an unlocked browser window) and used that to download the Task Manager executable and start it, and then terminate the relevent processes and start explorer.exe.
