Also, you'd think doing a live chat might be faster as you don't have to worry about the hassles of a phone, but then you have to wait for frickin ever for them to read your message, and by the time they've gotten started, 50% of the time I have tried so many possible solutions of my own that I figure it out myself (eBay, CoolerMaster are first that come to mind). Why is it so hard for someone who speaks my language natively to be of any help at all? I hate tech support ><
