Also, whatever you take, always take in small quantities. Never half a bottle!

and from personal reference, i just don't drink alcohol at all; it's just that there are so many bad things related to it. The stuff makes your liver work overtime for 24 hours, which can lead to liver failure if you aren't careful and if your liver is gone; your blood isn't cleaned and you die slowly...what a great way to go.

seriously, half a bottle sounds like a lot; you might want to cut back next time if i were you...
