Actually, that would still be just simply "wapanese".  Trying to act Japanese and getting it all wrong is a also under the wapanese definition.

Technically yes. However, they make even Wapanese people seem to have more sense. Hence, distinguishing them.

Where I work, there are wapanese people and people who are worse than wapanese...
