I found some for sysconf_plugin* and the VSHMenu (satelite.prx)
It follows this format as listed
EDIT: HBK for Satelite added
EDIT #2: Updated all the HBKs for visualizer, satelite, and sysconf :) - Enjoy
Please post any correction such as the offset not matching the correct value
