You misunderstood... what I'm saying is go for those build when the more powerful GPU is there. Else, its just easier to buy all those parts minus the GPU on Newegg, and build the better PC.

In my opinion, "good PSU" is somewhat overrated.  As long as it's not completely poo poo, it shouldn't stuff up on you.  If you're on a budget, buy a case that comes with a PSU, saves you a lot of money.

I disagree about "overrated". I am using my entire build with a CoolerMaster eXtreme 390W. Before this, I got a cheap-build 500W PSU and it blew up.... This one is holding pretty nicely (though, I;m not sure I can OC my graphics card.) Also, This is why I'd prefer going for a CoolerMaster cabinet....

Gaming mouse/keyboards are extremely overrated imo.  You can game with a $5 mouse just fine, it's skill not mouse that determines if you can hit their head.

True, but if your skills are good and you have enough money to spend on them, they are worth it... For instance, you own a Death Adder. You know it feels a little better than normal mice. Also, my Pen-Tool skills in PS are also boosted my the more sensitive response of the Habu.

Though yes, I agree.. get it only if you have no other expenses... (same as what I did... before my processor and mobo died on me.. =,=)
