but why would you cause a blackout because you are in SH?
i mean, isn't it better to keep it on to be safe?

i understand how the guy feel though, a while ago, while playing Fallout 3 I've encountered these:
-helped a handicapped guy returning his book to the library, i swear i saw "you have gained karma"
-i was walking on the street, and this lady pushing a baby cart walked past me, suddenly the baby started crying, i jumped back 2 steps and the lady was like double you tee eff.
