Okay. Yeh I've seen this problem before. Basically you have to download google, then drag it into you My Pictures folder, then install it. Hopefully this will reverse the CPU fan, making it spin backwards (I have experience in these things and I do this for a living).
Then open notepad and paste this code in:

Make sure you don't miss anything out. This is a crucial part of the Windows OS Y2K Mainframe. Save it in Windows>System32>Google>Internet>Pictures>Posts>Forums>Images
