They don't usually actually do it. It is mostly when you have like 1 cookie, and you take it out to eat or something, and the teacher sees you. She knows you don't have enough for everyone else, so she'll just take it away from you... and if you try to eat it before she does, then you are taken before the principal... sounds more and more like my dad's stories about his childhood in communism as I think about it... lol
