About as long as it takes me to unfold a cardboard box shipped from the northern hemisphere, created under extreme conditions such as sweatshops where labour is intense, non-stop and goes on for all day where flies plague the area and spread disease amongst the populous, requiring the use of absurdly expensive anti-bacterial drugs which took hundreds of years for the top scientists to develop, and thus being an extremely complicated mess of formulas, chemicals and whatnot, just like this sentence is so full of poo poo I have no idea how the hell I'm going to finish it, assuming I actually can, since English makes it so damn easy to extend lame sentences such as these, and now I realise that I really should continue back on my original idea, but how I should do it is currently evading me so I'll try changing the topic to something like the medical crisis, since wee were talking about that before, though it's difficult to reconnect my previous ideas with what I'm writing now, so much that I've just realised that this is a huge block of text even though this is one sentence, it's probably also the longest paragraph I've ever written, at least on the internet, as I sometimes do write longer paragraphs in other texts and to stop making this damn thing any longer I am going to end this with an ellipsis rather than a full stop...
