XMB help

Hey guys i modify my theme and i had an idea. Erk

So i replace the main xmb icons with this icon

(this is with 200 colors)
But i run out of the resource

I change the colors of the icon from 256 to 190 but nothing. Dotdotdot

Here is my theme.
I suggest to use it with this wallpaper:

It is "demo" and it needs a lot of work.
So i ask your help guys. Ahhyes
