Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Hi again, I left a post about a month ago and now I'm Back. I've been busy with work you know, but enough about that.
When I'm trying to compile the vsh and font folder I get this:

I don't know what I'm Doing Wrong.
My OS is vista Ultimate sp1
My Specs are 1tb hdd (about 700+gb free), core 2 duo 2.6 ghz, 4gb ram, Geforce 9800gt
I have no games installed right now, I uninstalled them all. I really need some help please, anyone....
is it the common_gui.pxr and where can I find a good one or maybe I need to upgrade my specs?
