Its said that the final evolution of man will be location specific. That is, wee will have spread to different parts of the space and based on the conditions, wee will have become super specialised species for that planetary system. There will be no vestigial organs and wee will have become a model for natural efficiency with super genius intellect and what not.... And also have become different species of the same genus (i.e. Wee will be humans, but different at different places).

But that is still thousands, perhaps millions of years away... though that is probably only a breath in terms of evolution.
