I get loads of strange people come into work (I work in a petrol/gas station). Some you can tell as soon as they walk in through the door, you just want to serve them and get them out of the shop because they're just trouble. Wee have a gang of kids who give me hassle every time because I told one of them off over the forecourt PA. (That was fun. Crank it up to 11 and the whole valley can hear me!). But then there are a few people who at first glance look like they should be in the nut hut, but once you have a talk they're the nicest people in the world...
