Please just submit the subtitles only (ie the .srt file) - don't bother trying to hard sub it into the video.  Only submitting the subtitles is also much smaller (faster upload) than trying to send an entire video file :P

Unless you want to be a wanker be awesome and use like full photoshop/AFX typesetting... Hey, it'll only take you like 20+ hours...

EDIT: heh, in that case, just sending the overlay files and the avs is still easier than sending the whole hardsubbed vid.
