Dress in fashion to express what you feel. Like? Like the Visual Kei.
I'm not referring to cosplays. Will you be comfortable or rather, courageous enough, to walk around in an attire that others consider extremely inappropriate, but you feel like it.

This would typically involve makeup, weird hairdo, out of the world costumes (say you cosplay in daily life).
