Sure it's possible to overclock without raising volts. The 3.2GHz I was talking about is without raising volts.

If you want to raise volts, don't raise it by too much, since raising volts makes you produce a LOT more heat. I think I read somewhere (from one of these really long multiple page overclocking guides) that the heat produced is proportional to clock speed, and is proportional to voltage squared. Which means increasing your clock speed by 30% increases your heat by 30%. But increasing your volts by 30% increases the heat output by like 69%. (Increasing your volts by 30% will probably make your CPU die a lot faster too.)
