People who cry that they will never give up XP are just being turds because they have been using Windows XP for what...almost 8 years now?  Of course they are comfortable with the context menus and probably haven't gone through many 'new windows revisions' in their days of computing.

I was an official beta tester of windows 95, 98, ME (no I didn't have broadband back then, I was on dialup with a 28.8 modem that usually connected at 14.4 and SOMETIMES when I was lucky I got 19.2 and it would take almost an hour to download each of the 1.44mb zip file to make the install floppies!) and 2000 (yay i had broadband at college and a zip drive in the computer), and I got to say...I still get excited when i get a chance to try a new operating system!!  Sure it's annoying getting used to all the new things..but what is annoying will soon be the norm...whether you like it or not.

On a side note..I've gotten comfortable using Ubuntu 8.10 on my work and home laptop, while my home PC is still running Vista for gaming reasons.  Then earlier this week I started playing with the eLive linux distro and I have to admit I keep booting out of it to go back to Ubuntu, where I feel comfortable and have things configured the way I want it.  I assume this is similar feelings people have regarding XP vs Vista...and sure its easier to go back to what you are comfortable with, but I have been paid professionally to support PC computers and their users for 15 years and getting used to something new is just part of the business.

I'm not interested much in the Win7beta at this time, but believe me, once Win7 its released I will be ditching the vista :)

Yeh exactly! And when the actual Win 7 is released then everyone will start picking holes about that aswell!!
