otherwise how are they gonna pay for gas for their brand new car
to the illinois article is that suppose to help stop "global warming" or does that dude hate vehicles (i'd just keep pressing the reset button on the car lol)

LOL..its just more incentive to me to keep my current wrx and just keep rebuilding the motor and tranny when needed so i don't have to buy a new car that has the tracking chip in it :)
