Auction Watch: 160 Weird Foreign Game Consoles
Quote:A reader alerted us to this auction on a Portuguese website, in which the seller is offering his collection of 160 different retro game consoles.

I mention this because the auction is mostly made up of things I've never seen before or heard of, oddities from all over the world. For example, there's the Philips Videopac+ G7400 above, which was (almost) released in North America as the Odyssey3.

There's a whole page with all the photographs, featuring Famicom systems, tons of variations on the Atari 2600, and more just plain weird old game machines. Warning: The page is full of high-res photos and may bring your computer to a crawl as it loads.

You can buy the whole lot for the starting price of 4,500 Euro (about $5,800), but he is also selling consoles individually.
