dang, but oh well; at least they don't know there's a better world out there (so they don't feel to depressed about the norm, if you know what i mean)

they are more than aware. Its just that their economy does not pay them in accordance with what the more advanced countries pay. China is rich, but it is known for its cheap labour. Probably everything you own has been made in China. Apparently, people change jobs there with alarming frequency. Their is practically no loyalty to the employer. they change jobs on a regular basis, depending on the salary offered. I doubt that with such a dedication from the employee, any employer is going to treat them with much respect. But maybe they are over doing it. But again, this is China... normal Human Rights laws do not apply.

At least they got jobs.

Go to Zimbabwe (proabably spelt it wrong). Their unemployment rate is 97%. You're not going to find a job. And if you do, the bosses are not going to treat you like treasure either.

Zimbabwe is a country that is utter civil discord. Mugabe sure knows how to orchestrate a country's destruction, from within. Their inflation is over 1000%. What do you expect?
By the way, you spelt Zimbabwe right, but misspelled "Probably"! :)
