In order of importance

1: Quality of typesetting/styling. Quality of video/ download size.

2. Quality of translations. Speed.

Theoretically the translation should be extremely important. But if you consider that firstly, you probably would not notice any errors in the translation, and secondly, even if there is an error, it would not usually matter too much, and would not likely effect your understanding of the episode as a whole at all. So the importance goes down.... of course, that's assuming if the translation is relatively accurate, and at most only has a small amount of problems. If the translation is completely poo poo, and extremely inaccurate, then this would be far more detrimental than having poo poo typesetting or encoding.

3. Quality of the editing, timing, and Karaoke.

Don't know about the present (they probably improved by now), but in the past, like 2 years ago (Shuffle Memories), Ayako's encoding was like really really bad.

Why is gg still filtered to got to go?!?
