look at how a webpage is made, everything you need is on the left, your start bar is on the left you use the left mouse for clicking, when you play a game you use aswd instead of arrow keys, the anolog stick and control pad are on the left of all gaming controllers. or atleast most of the time.

That is why i like to make my stuff on the right...to stand out and break the monotony of everything being the same :P
