It's comcast high-speed wee were paying for the 4 mb/s package for two years but they don't even offer it anymore, they offer the 8 mb/s for the same price so my dad talked and basically they upgraded it for us. (after they screwed us over for two years...)
but wee also have turbo boost so for the first 10mb of any download wee get 16mb/s speeds...
