Well no, by agreeing to the T&C of this site, you gave up your right under certain circumstances to have that right, and direct abuse, especially involving curising, of another member is one such circumstance

As a moderator, i deemed that to be hateful, and so adjusted it accordingly. Also, don't spout that federal offence nonsense, im from the UK and not goverened by your "federal law". On top of the fact, im not sure if the server is hosted in the US, or Australia, in which case nothing is governed by "federal laws" which you abide by...
