Difference between rcoedit 115 and 114 is :
rcoedit 114 uses 8bit picture's saves alot of XMB ram but usefull when working with anime or cartoon picture's,. rcoedit 114 does't auto pad picture's to / 16heigth & 8 width

rcoedit 115 its posible to use 32bit picture's and auto pads picture's to right size,. you can also use png files,.
