Try to keep the 01-12.bmp as small as you can.

It shouldn't be more than a hundred kbs.

anyway, for whitebox, just reduce the res. of 01-12 will help to eliminate.

by the way, anybody replace the sysconf_plugin.rco? after replacing tex_sysconf_icon (from decompressed 340), the menu option cannot show when pressing button... that's means cannot get into submenu option...
