A canon eos Xt maybe? they got replaced by the newer models but I am sure you can still find them around. But I would say get a Xti XSi (like me) or the new XS(just came out with the digital one) as they are newer and have dust repelant sensors.

Actually, I happened to be looking at that XT camera last night after writin this. I might get the version with the 18-55mm standard zoom lens packed in, as it's only $140 more.

Also silicon on the dSLRs don't react the same as film reacts to light so exposure might be off when using the same settings.

Also ISO 400 is pretty good for indoor - outdoor shots but for low light you might need something like ISO 1600

Use Manual, Tv (shutter priority), and Av(aperture priority) modes ONLY!
