professional question!

just say you wer a plastic surgeon and a woman comes in and wants her tits enlarged because they are tiny!!! but she also wants 2 fudge you!
do you:
fudge her befor surgery with her small tits.
fudge her after surgery with her big tits.
fudge her during sugery for the fun of it.
not fudge her because it un-profrssional.
fudge her all three times!

which would you do???
