Once again Sony has failed to stop us from dumping their new shiny firmwares even if it is just a minor bug fix why not dump it anyways?

The thing I find most annoying from Sony is that they could have just waited a 1 day maybe a 2 days to test 4.00 and have a bugs fixed instead of releasing a extra update.

So a Difference of 13 days? Is this what Sony is gonna start doing for now on? Come on Sony stop playing games with us, bring something out that wee'll like or at least enjoy more than google and some video "improvements".
