That's what first few challenges are, but then its php and then i get stuck :/

Again, typical websites won't just give out the PHP code.  For example, you won't be able to get my PHP script for the shoutbox here, without hacking the site first (but in that state, if you've already hacked the site, you don't really need to deal much with PHP now...).

Or do have any examples?

kinda ish, ive only seen some of the basic ones, but others seem all mumbo jumbo to me

they have their own site as a level, if you hack you get a special status and points :/
