I've decided that starting tomorrow, I'll be completely 'clean' in my life. That means only eating clean foods, without artificial poo poo, no alcohol or soda, and no other activities that I have deemed 'unclean' lol. Anyhoo, it's all a test to see how I feel after doing this, and if it makes me feel significantly healthier, I may just continue doing it for longer.
