I have not had this problem. But i have heard of other people having this problem and i really don't know why this happens. Maybe there are different version of this plugin try mine and see if it helps if not i really don't know what to tell you.

do you have any plugins enable or disable in your psp? im thinking of many possible ways to run this plugin
